Clarissa McGrew


Clarissa McGrew teaches our Pre-K 4 year old program. She has over 20 years of experience in our school’s Kindergarten program and knows exactly what our children need to be prepared for elementary school.

She loves working at I.C. School.Mrs. McGrew says there is nothing more special than a child’s smile with a hug.Clarissa attended I.C. school as a child.

She is married to Sam McGrew,  and they have three children,  Aaron, Brian and Kayla, whom are all graduates of I.C. Mrs. McGrew now has grandchildren attending I.C. as well.

A favorite quote of hers comes from Mother Teresa, “You can do no great things, only small things with great love.”

Julie Herrell


Julie Herrell teaches our 4-year old class and has 13 years of preschool experience.

Julie received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of North Texas in 1989.

She and her husband, Jeff, are members of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and have four children, Thomas, Harrison, Rachel and George.  All attended Catholic Schools. 



Sara Geurtz


Sara teaches the 18 month olds program in our preschool.  She has three nieces and one nephew, ranging from toddler to college age.  She is currently a student at the University of Arkansas at Ft. Smith, working to complete a bachelors’ of History with a minor in English.




Stephanie Cline

Stephanie Cline teaches one of the 3 year old preschool classes.  She is married to Keith Cline, who is an alumnus of IC and Trinity. They have two beautiful daughters, Kaitlyn and Haley. Kaitlyn attends Trinity and Haley attends IC. 

They stay busy with travel soccer, school sports and church activities. Stephanie feels very blessed that they are part of the IC and Trinity family. Stephanie has also been a substitute in IC preschool and IC grade school for many years. 

Jennifer Obermark


Jennifer Obermark was born and raised in Fort Smith, AR. She attended IC school, and is an active parishioner at IC Church. She attended Southside High School where she found her love for teaching. She earned an Associate in early childhood education. She is married to her husband Jonathan Obermark, and they have a beautiful daughter named Hope.

Carol Wilson


Carol Wilson joined the Immaculate Conception Staff as a Para-professional in 2014.

Her first year on staff, Carol worked as the aide for the 18-month old's room and now assists in the 3’s & 4’s rooms. 

Carol and her husband of 40 years, Billy, have four children Jennifer, Jason, Chad, and Alexis and 7 grandchildren,  two of which  attend I.C., Jackson Wilson in 1st grade and Jaycee Wilson attending the I.C. Preschool.   

Carol feels very blessed to be a part of this amazing IC family.
