BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE FOR GRADES K- 6
A BEFORE SCHOOL CARE program is available for students during the hours of 7:00 - 7:30 am, Monday through Friday. Students are not to be on school grounds before 7:00 am. Front doors will be unlocked at 7:00 am and students present at that time and others arriving between 7:00 am and 7:30 am will be placed in Before School Care. Children in Before School Care will be seated in the auditorium and are supervised by a staff member. The fee for Before School Care is $3.00 per child regardless of arrival time between 7:00 and 7:30 am.
An AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM is provided for students from 3:15 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Children in ASC enjoy a snack and supervised play activities.
These services are provided to parents and guardians and are under the direction of qualified personnel. The telephone number for Before and After School Care is 783-4456.
The fee for ASC is $6.00 each day regardless of time spent in the program each day. PLEASE NOTE: A $5.00 fee will be charged for every minute after 5:30 that a child remains in ASC waiting for pick-up.
BSC and ASC fees will be billed at the end of each month on the family statement, and are DUE when billed. Delinquent accounts will be referred to the School Board.
There is no After School Care during Parent/Teacher conferences and no Before/ASC when school is not in session. There is ASC on "early out" days.
