Basketball

Immaculate Conception School has two different opportunities for growth in basketball skills.

Intramural Basketball

Intramural basketball for students in grades 5- 6, is sponsored by Trinity Junior High School that serves grades 7- 9.  The purpose is to teach children basic basketball skills and the love of the game.  Students from Christ the King, Immaculate Conception, and St. Boniface elemenatary schools are combined to make up teams.  "Student coaches" from TJH teach participants basic skills and love of the game.  The season is a 3- 4 week period that culminates with a post season tournament.

Traveling Teams

An opportunity is afforded to students in grades 3- 6 to play on in a competitive environment.  Immaculate Conception School is a member of the River Valley Basketball League.
