Kathleen Weidman began teaching at IC in 2003 after 12 1/2 years working for the Fort Smith Public School System. She has a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Education with a Supervisor Certification.
She is married to an IC graduate and they have 4 daughters.
She enjoys reading, music of all kinds, travel, family gatherings and spending time with her daughters. Her favorite quote is ""Your life is God's gift to you, what you do with it is your gift to God." (Danish Proverb)
Ginny (Borengasser) Bauer was born and raised in a large family in Ft. Smith. She graduated from St. Anne’s High School and Westark Community College.
For many years she worked as a legal secretary and in accounting. Over 20 years ago she came to work at I.C. as a paraprofessional. She and her family have also taken care of the I.C. grounds for many years.
Ginny and Bob have 4 grown children who graduated from I.C. They also have 1 grandson and another grandchild on the way. Ginny loves to spend time with her family and friends and watch sports, especially when members of the family are playing or the Razorbacks.
Kathy Paskey began teaching at IC in January of 2009 as our Music instructor, then moved into the Kindergarten classroom. Kathy graduated from the U of A, Fayetteville with a B.S.E in Special Education and a M.Ed grades K-4 with an Early Childhood endorsement. She is married to Dennis and has three grown children that all attended I.C.
Mrs. Paskey enjoys kayaking, reading, and “family night” when her children are home.
